katrina...
can you imagine? we had a pretty crazy night last night...but my uncle who lives in boloxi was not so lucky. he doesn't actually live in boloxi, he lives right outside boloxi in a small town. he used the term atomic bomb when he descibed his city. my little cousin's school is completly gone. 75 people in his neighborhood confirmed dead. the casino's which fuel the economy in the area are so damaged they are saying 2 years until reopenings. my uncle is going to have to move now...its such a horrible situation, and we're not even through the hurricane season yet. they just said on the news that they are expecting the death toll to rise into the hundreds in mississippi. it may sound selfish but thank god my family is okay.
