I promised Julie a serious long LJ entry. But because I start work in an hour and a half, it'll have to wait. In the meantime, I have to let this off my chest. I am so fucking excited about Pitchfork in July. That and The Decemberists with the Grant Park Orchestra will be utterly amazing. Especially, I can't fucking wait for The New Pornographers at Pitchfork. I am really freaking out. THEY ARE MY FAVORITE BAND. And for those who really know me, that's saying a lot: I'm a music MAJOR, I WORSHIP music news media, I make playlists on iTunes when I'm bored, and I breathe and live off of music. The New Pornographers? They are my favorite. And I am fucking stoked about seeing them. They're so fucking good. And you know what? I'm going to say it.
