HIPPIES wear sandals, eat granola, etc., and they arent liberals or conservatives. they're just hippies. and yes terrorists are jealous, but not of our freedom. they're jealous of our money.

10 THINGS THAT ARE JUST TRUE:

1. A president should be able to go a month without saying something incredibly stupid.
2. Even if America is number 1, going around and flaunting it just makes other countries (including our allies) hate us.
3. Sometimes war is the answer, but not always.
4. We're stuck in Iraq now, so there's no leaving until will finished, for better or for worse.
5. I agree, nobody likes the French.
6. Our generation is fucked becuase we're never going to see any social security.
7. Ralph Nader will run for president until he dies, and people will hate him more and more because of it.
8. Protests are a part of what America was founded on: the right of free speech.
9. Deterination and close-mindedness are not the same thing.
10. Flip-flopping and open-mindedness are not the same thing.

in some respects. i'm not a liberal or a conservative. i tend to lean towards the left, but im neither. maybe saying what i dont mean is one of my conservative traits. ha HA!

You see Daniel, the title of my original piece was 10 things conservatives know and liberals wont admit. When you responded, you admitted that only a few were true, and those had corollaries. So, by the transitive property, you are a liberal, since you didnt admit those things. Haha. You have fallen victim to Prof. Nicks Insane Reasoning Skeelz. In other words, I punched you in the FACE! id only admit them if i thought they were true. the way you say it, it seems like i know its true, but i just close my ears and go LALALA! IM NOT LISTENING! LALALA! incorrect. i honestly dont believe some of those things to be true, effectivly continuing the ongoing circle of debate that could continue infinitly until we find a way to scientifically or otherwise prove for sure who is right or wrong.

i'll give you a minute to let that all sink in...

when it does, i suppose we can continue the circle...

and i totally dont agree that flip flopping is open-mindedness. flip flopping means you're wishy washy, that you cant make up your mind on stuff and that's not a good thing. the term flip flopping has a negative connotation, while open minded has a positive one. contact me for further explanation.

no no i get it. but my point is that when you flip-flop, its usually because you learned something you didnt know before, and you take that into account and change your opinion. then you avoid the "i believe iraq has wmds because iraq has wmds." (he actually said that, btw)
