Ever chase a sunset?
ahhh.....a sunset like that.... just cant be topped. it was to tempting to resist... i had to go run. have you ever got that feeling? a sight so beautiful you had to chase it down? that was for me today.... i saw nick nortons away message about the sunset and him running, so i looked outside and everything was orangish red, it looked soo good and it was to tempting... so i threw on my shoes and took off. (i must remind u that i live out by stagecoach) i started running at the beggining of stagecoach and all u could see across was the sunset and it kept getting farther and lower... so i started to chase it. (if ur a runner u kno wat i mean) i chased after it as far as i could for about id say 4-5 miles out on stagecoach which was a challenge with those hills.... it was very sooothing tho... i didnt have a care in the world i had had a sorta bad day but i totally forgot about it with that run, it was as if it was just me and the ground below my feet.... i would call it somewhat perfect well except for the running back after being 4-5 miles out so i prolly put in around 8-10 miles in the end... its just days like today i love running the most..... but i start to miss the moutains more i dunno what it is, i guess after living there for so long you get attached to those north carolina moutains....well after a long run im pretty sweaty so i think its best i shower now... oooo yah hope everyone is having a good break...
