Today I made spaghetti for the first time...
...from scratch! And used my new, sleek pasta machine to flatten it out and cut it into strands.
Yay!
And it was very good. Fresh pasta is so much better than shop-bought stuff. As soon as we can get non-toxic spinach again, I'm going to try my hand at spinach linguini, and after that, ravioli, including chocolate pasta and fruity insides stuff ravioli. YUM!
