Mom's new house
Thursday before we left for Toronto we looked at a house out in Port Huron Twp. We put a bid in on Thursday & mom heard back from her agent yesterday morning. She got the house. Closing is I believe May 20th with immediate occupancy. A 4 year old house is gonna save mom a lot in remodeling & fixing stuff up. It's very neutrally decorated so we'll be able to move right in without having to paint or do anything. Except put a railing up on the steps leading in from outside & putting in a set of steps until we can build a deck off the sliding glass door so we can let the dogs out. I'm gonna like the 2 car garage. I've never parked my car in a garage before.
