A shallow grave in the middle of nowhere, just outside Bordeaux. No tombstone, not even a few rocks piled together to mark the place. At least he had the sword.
He looked around, as far as he could see in this darkness, sitting on the edge of his own grave and shaking the dirt from his hair, wiping it from his eyes and mouth. The man who brought him back sat beside him, amused and self satisfied with his own abilities. And he should be. He brought Kronos back to life. The End of Time now had a new beginning.
