Im watching some TV and they are showcasing wedding cakes or alternative wedding themes. While I really like the idea of having a dessert bar or a candy bar, I simply can not fathom why on earth you need a professional to do it. Why would you pay someone BIG BUCKS to do something you could easily do yourself or have a frind do?? Its just candy folks!
