This post is really for my own records, but I decided to make it public so if anyone wants to talk vitamins, here I am. Basically this particular regiment is my daily. I take this particular mix to help balance myself from depression, so far I have had great results. I'm feeling great!
So here we go.
I take five, a multivitamin, niacin, vitamin C, fish oil, and a B-Complex
Important amounts. Note that this is from 1 of each pill, some pills I take more then once daily, so think of these as base amounts.
Vitamin C - about 1060mg
Niacin (B3) - 620mg (sometimes I take upwards of 1500mg in day)
Calcium - 255mg (to process the vitamin C) I think I need to raise this.
Centrum multivitamin, Meijer Naturals Omega-3 Fish Oil 1200mg, Nature Made Stress B-Complex, CVS Flush Free Niacin 500mg, and Ester-C vitamin C 500mg
