That day Greg was looking for some chem book that he needed when he saw him trough the bookshelf. There he was, talking happily with some random chick. What was he doing at the library, anyway? Football players were supposed to be, well, in football fields. Or dressing rooms. Or anywhere else but libraries. The chick left a moment later, walking away swinging her hips, with Stokes looking at her butt. He sighed heavily, remembering, once more, why he hated that guy so much.
He continued taking some books and tried to find a table. But all of them were occupied, except for the one where Stokes was. He sighed heavily in anticipation.
- I need to use this table - he said bitterly, looking at him. Nick just smiled.
- well, I don't know if you noticed, but I'm using it
- Oh really? For what? Bringing dumb chicks and make them believe you're smart? - he spitted out, realizing a second later what he had just said. Nick' smile widened.
- I don't have to make them believe that. Everybody knows I am - he said, patting the chair next to him - but it would be a great pleasure to have your company, Sanders. Here, take a seat and blind me with your knowledge - Greg eye-darted him before leaving the books on the table and taking a seat - so… - Nick lowered his voice, leaning closer to Greg - what are we studying, Einstein?
- Chemistry. And I'm not studying with you
- Why not? I can read it aloud for you
- No, thanks
- I can make notes about this other book
- I can do it myself…
- What if I read with you?
- Stop it
- Oh c'mon, it will be easier if you have someone to talk about what you just read…
- Would you just shut up? - Greg said, looking slightly exasperated- you're supposed to be quiet in the library… but, well, I guess football players doesn't know that.. since they're not frequent around here…
- Hey, hey Greggo, I'm studying here as well, Forensic Science in case you wonder - Nick said, becoming serious all of a sudden - I think you have a bad perception of me… and if you want a quiet place to study, you can always go to your dorm… or mine - Greg looked at him and arched a brow. Ok, seriously, was Nicholas Stokes always that desperate?
Yeah, right, Nick had always messed up with him, saying, well, things, and acting how he was acting today, but, inviting him to his room… that had never happened before.
- You're not being serious, right?...

That day seemed so far now. Sometimes, he can't believe he hated him so much. And as he sees his sleeping figure, he smiles at the memory that suddenly came to his mind.
That day, he didn't know he would stop hating Nicholas Stokes.
