Character Personality:
Norma is the type of girl who make people take a double take on her. Norma is a rather odd and bizarre person but she is an extremely talkative person and hates being depressed. She's loud, cheerful, informal to the point where it's annoying. She's a daydreamer at heart, loves to seek the thrill of adventure, and a strong believer in teasing others including herself. She has no shame and will invade someone's personal space but she does know when to back off. She's more than likely to be the type who seems easily excited and distracted. There are times when she is pessimistic but only when it seems like it is impossible. In that sense, she's an optimist while being a bit cynical. She is harshly blunt at times without even realizing what she said.
Also, it is probably not best to trust the girl unless one knows her for a certain amount of time. She is cunning and will manipulate people to get what she wants. It is not for evil intentions though, mostly for trivial things like helping to move boxes or something. Still once she likes someone, she will stick with them to the end. Sometimes, she's so driven by what she wants, she will practically do almost anything to get it and she will refuse any other way. Under all of the happiness, lies a girl who could be very bright and thoughtful even when she does word it wrong.
As mentioned before, Norma is a rather odd person. Sometimes, she does things for the moment and some odd antics simply for the sake of it. She nicknames people simply because and says things that are just plain weird. Overall, Norma is a happy little girl who wants people to be happy and will not let anyone say otherwise.

Norma is a very bright little girl even though she might seem other wise. She's the only one that is able to read a language from another race through hard work and effort. With that said, she is an extremely diligent person once she applies herself into something.
The girl is an extremely optimistic person and refusing to see it any other way despite some pessimism here and there. If there is someone who needs some cheering up, Norma will be there to do her best. She isn't afraid to make fun of herself for the sake of making people laugh.
It's sort of implied that Norma is a fairly runner and has good balance since she's able to outrun a giant spider monster in high heel boots. Also, she has a good memory if she's able to nickname everyone and remember a good portion of what they were.
Norma is a crystal eren so that means she, with the power of her ~colorful fingernails~, is able to produce magic ranging from weak to powerful ones. This also includes all types of elements.
Character Weaknesses:
Despite Norma's bright mind, she's just lazy. There are times where she lacks tack. She is a blunt person and can say things that might hurt another person without realizing it. She isn't oblivious, she isn't sure what to say around people from time to time. Norma is also manipulative and will blackmail people to do her dirty work. However, it's only for simple and minor acts.
Norma's optimistic attitude can be viewed as a good or a bad thing. Since she's also bubbly, people might think the girl is rather annoying and might irritate some people. The girl is rather reckless and stubborn too. Once she sets her mind on something, it will take a lot for her to break away from it. (You're talking about a girl who was willing to put her life in danger for her goal!)
While the girl is fairly nice, she is also greedy. She will not hesitate to second guess herself it there is money or treasure involved. Also, the girl weights only 90 pounds. She relies on her magic in the game rather than physical damage and ,even then, she attacks with her bubbles.

Why your character should be a Meister: While Norma isn't good a physical damage, she is a good leader and can give people a good pep speech to empower people. She is a smart girl so she could have a basic idea of where to attack. Plus, when she is in danger, she can make a good dash in effort to avoid harm.

Norma wasn’t happy at all. She did not like being woken up from the middle of her slumber to find herself in the forest. Yes, she was use to traveling and wandering through woods so waking up to see trees isn't uncommon. However, if anyone dared to disturb her sleep, someone had to pay. It didn’t take her long to realize that she was back in Luceti but, at least, the cuts and bruises weren’t on her body anymore. It had been quite a year before she returned back to her world and ,as she looked back on it, she doesn't even want to remember it happened at all. To her everything seemed like a dream because it was one...or at least that was what she thought. Right after she was kidnapped by the Malnosso, the first thing she saw was her ceiling in the hotel. She didn't deny its existence at first, she even mentioned to the others since most of their gang was there before. As expected, they thought she was crazy and laughed it off. Of course, the girl was annoyed and kept telling them that it was real!
“C'mon, guys, don't you believe me?”
“Yeah, when you actually wake up. Whoever heard of small wings and being experimented on?”
“Hey, you never know! I bet you that in some far universe that this is happening right now!”
“Norma...give up.”
After a couple of months, she had to wonder was it really all in her mind. She even started to believe in it too...it felt so real.
Now that she was back, she was unsure if this happened to be one of those 'dreams' again. Still, she was curious if Senel and the others were still here. “You know…” She asked herself. “I wonder how long has it been since I was away.” She gazed at the surroundings around her and if she had to guess, she was only gone for a short period of time. Right now, the leaves were falling and the last time she remembered, it was able the same way. “Man, I can’t believe I was only gone for a month! It felt more like 3 months back home!!” She shouted before sighing. “Great, now I’m stuck here again.” She mumbled before trying to look on the bright side. “Oh well, I guess I can meet up with my friends here again!” She knew it was bad enough to be stuck here but even she knew that feeling hopeless would get her nowhere.
“Okay, journal! Where are you?” She began looking for the journal nearby with the sore feeling on her back. After a while, she managed to find it behind the bushes. “Gotcha! You’re a sneaky little thing, aren’t you?” She asked the object before clearing her throat. “Hey, people, guess what? Norma’s back in town! I better expect a huge party when I return to the village!”
