Advice: Don't take chairs for granted!
It's funny that after some new event... (a new school year) that things seem to settle back in to the same old routine's no matter what chaos or crazyness happens right at first! THings here are wonderful... I love school, I love my apartment....
I am super proud of myself.. yesterday I did one of my favoritest things ever... and it was hard to do it in a new place :) Garage sale/ yard sale... what I like to call "Lawn sales" It was funny... I like this whole independent thing I've got going, sometime it sucks... but for the most part it's pretty cool... I am proud that I can survivie going to a whole brand new place. and not hide in a whole... I've been all around this side of hickory... soon to go to other parts.... but it's very comforting to know that I can just go and find some lawn sales... and navigate around the city... and granted it's not NY but I feel pretty good about my self!
My weekend has been good but pretty short... friday night... I came home and pretty much watched tv and went to sleep, I think I live for the weekend as much as my kids do if not more!! Last night I got pizza, and got hit on by the pizza guy... I went into the pizza place... and go to pay and this guy right off was like "hey sweetheart" I was hi... then he's like pizza on a friday night (it was satruday) I was like yup... he goes well you should be out at a nice resturant.... what do i say to that... thanks for letting me get my pizza in peace and not hitting on me... I was like.... "no I have some work that I need to get done." I've decided that I plain just don't know how to respond to that.... i am retarded when it comes to that sort of thing... it's wierd... anyway... this morning I cleaned my apartment and then I am headed to statesville to meet with one of my team teachers marilyn to organize math and science for the next year yippie... then going to go to a cheep place to buy like four dollar dresses.... and hopefully meet up with my cousin and aunt and uncle....
I still can NOT wait till my mom comes with my furniture and I'm excited about seeing her... I bought four patio chairs for five bucks... which is exciting cause right this minute I am actually sitting in a chair instead of the floor or my popasaun (spelling?) chair. it's really nice after you don't have it for a while... don't take for granted chairs LOL
