I just watched one of the most phenomenally bad movies I've seen in a LONG time - Solarbabies. It's basically the reverse of Waterworld mixed with Prayer of the Rollerboys-for-kids. Except not as good.
The best part, though? It stars Jason Patric, Jami Gertz, Lukas Haas, Peter DeLouise, the guy who played Jurgen on La Femme Nikita, and this guy. Don't recognize him? Maybe this will help.

God, I love Starz. I have mental images of Jason Patric calling up Jami Gertz a year later: "Hey, whaddya think about this whacked script* we got about vampires? I figure hell, just so long as there aren't any rollerskates..."
*No, I am not dissing Lost Boys - I enjoyed the movie thoroughly and still lament the loss of Jason Patric's hair. I'm just saying that the script/plot may not have radiated "successful movie!" upon first glance.
