(no subject)
well another week in the summer has flown by. I have a project due on the 22nd of this month for my one and only class...yet i seem to not have any motovation and resources for this 'project'.
I think this is the first summer where i am not excited about the upcoming fall, i think only because i know i really have to get my butt in gear. And in gear means...starting a portifolio, getting some kick ass grades if i want to attempt grad. school, and really put my heart into writing.
The other day i bought several new movies...5 for $20, not too shabby that's for sure. Here is the list: Kinsey, beyond the sea, de-lovely, a very long engagement, and spanglish. Recently i have seen Kinsey and beyone the sea. Two movies that i would recommend. Kinsey especially!
I'm moving the last weekend of the month and will be home for a week before i get to move into my new apt. on the 7th. However i am pretty excited about this new exciting move. I found out the other day that 3 co-workers are going to be roomates and live below me in the new complex. Well, below me as in, they're on the 2nd floor and I'm on the 3rd. I'm not sure which one on the second floor as i do not know which one i am exactly...however it will be exciting nonetheless particularly because these guys are awesome and we're going to have a kick ass time in the fall. Already the works of bbq's and such are coming about.
Have i mentioned that i need to find another job? well, one to replace the one i have now. I like it all okay and everything i just think that i should be working somewhere that will have something to do with my major. It may give me an upper hand once i start applying to grad. programs. Also for the fact that I'm starting to be irrirated everytime i walk into the place.
Oh yes, this past weekend i ventured to the g'ville area to go tubing with some very cool girl (aka, my friends) It was a wonderful time and deff. want to do it again! I got to see sara and steve as well as emily and her sister. The first night i spend it at sara's and the second with emily.
