HOMEWARD BOUND, SOMEWHAT RELUCTANTLY.

I leave for California tomorrow, get in late. Sweden trip was short and sweet. Did all the obligatory family greeting, had a drunken night out with friends, enjoyed the Swedish summer sun, ate delicious bread, butter and cheese daily and traveled around on the train. The 5 days can be summed up in the short photo set after the cut.
In truth, I really did not want to come home now, even though I would miss the patriotic celebration's and be lonely on my birthday. I tried to change my ticket to return later in July because of Roskilde Festival. All my efforts ended unsuccessfully. I must not dwell on the depressing fact that I will be missing Neil Young, Radiohead, Hot Chip, The Notwist, Bob Hund, Slayer and tons of amazing acts.
So, California, let's make this summer awesome, filled with glorious memories and laughter. Let's make up for all the shitty times we faced in the Winter, mistakes made and losses. I have so many glorious ideas and trips in mind, we just have to make it happen. Let's do it big, in Los Angeles, Corona del Mar and across California. What are your plans?
