I-Wish-Heroes-Didn't-Have-So-Many-Characters Pie
Tonight's season premiere of Heroes introduced still more cast members, making me wonder how I ever held so many characters in my head at once last season. Then the discussion afterwards reminded me of all the characters I had forgotten, which the premiere didn't have time to address. I hope the second season doesn't stretch itself too thin. Otherwise, so far so good. The new plot lines have some promise, all hojillion of them.
I baked a pie today, the first baking I've done in several months. Peaches and blueberries, an echo of the fading summer. It was yummy. I should bake pies more frequently.
I think my class went well today. I did a better job of engaging the students, I hope. I just hope I'm not trying to do too much at once.
