Ramen.

So, from the last post, one would come to the conclusion that I was trying to make ramen.

I did.

It was the worst ramen I've ever had in my life. It smelled like old musty cardboard and it tasted like it. Normally I'm pretty good with awful tasting food, but I couldn't stand it. I took about two bites and ended up dumping the rest.

I remembered there was a reason why I hated most American brand ramen...

Now begins my quest to search for... Asian ramen! Cuz seriously, that stuff is the best. *wonders where the closest Asian mart is in Beaufort...*

*Edit

I'm going to continue ranting about how awful this ramen is. I hope I'm not too spoiled.

As everyone hopefully knows... I love ramen. I will happily eat it for several meals. I usually go for Asian ramen, as I'm kinda vegetarian (five years now! Okay, technically pescetarian, but whatevs) but there are some Americanized types I don't mind.

This ramen... ugh... like, I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth afterwards. And I only took two bites. That's how bad it was. Gaaah! I wonder if they have good quality ramen at Piggly-Wiggly. Granted, this ramen was only 45 cents, so I should have known better, but... GAAH!! I want my good ramen! And I can't wait to get my rice cooker. Seriously... rice and ramen, the two things I survived off in college. Not pasta. Rice and ramen. I even have stuff to put on rice. But I have no rice cooker yet, and won't until I move into the correct apartment. Btw, I don't know whose internet connection I'm using, I bet it's the cafe downstairs, but... thank you. It's awesome.

Oh yeah, and regarding today at the lab - everyone seems so awesome. ^^
