havnt updated in a while....to be honest i just couldnt be arsed!
so anyways what have i been up2?!
well ive got a new job!
i now work for SEAT in the small dealership in Hampton Court.....it maybe small...but the amount of customers through the door is brilliant! soooo many!!!
i think ive set a new record...so far ive managed to book 4 test drives on my FIRST saturday there lol and ive still got tomorrow...so i might book some more ;)
its amazing to think how ive built myself up over the last few years in the car industry every job is a promotion.....
i started off at Audi as the Sales and Service Support Executive....i had no desk and was treated pretty shit....but i still worked my arse off and thats how i got my job at Saab....
Saab was completely different..i was training sales executive...working up in Wimbledon so a london dealership if u like meant u got really tricky customers.....and altho i had a desk it was kinda out the way and in the shit part of the showroom where no one went....altho i cud have a sleep or eat food and read the sun there with no one noticing lol
they had no customers what so ever!
plus working for Currie Motors was just so cut throat it was unbareable!
but now i seem to of found somewhere where i'm comfortable....
i now sit at my desk with my own pc in a prime place in the showroom..and am now a full sales executive (finally!!!)...and ive put some ideas about doing a few things differently in the way we do things....like set out customer inquiry sheets....and selling points on the car...like on safety and they are really seeming to take note and wanna go ahead with what im suggesting! and the great thing is im one of 3 sales people...and so we get a fair share of sales!
I could never be in the position if it wasnt for Audi and Saab....they were two very different dealerships...and i dont regret going to either cos i wouldnt be here now...
i mean i'm talking like its all great...i'm sure i'll have my bad days were i hate it...but so far so good...the people i work with seem nice down to earth (hard to find in the car industry) who have made me feel really welcome....and i like the seat product they are great cars and working in a small dealership is much better than i big one...it feels really homely if u get me!
