what is happening in the world?
So, yes I don't write much, but when I do I don't fuck around (as Nic rightly commented). Well, I am going to try and break that trend and fuck around.
Chad got a little upset about my last entry which I also posted on our common website so that everyone could see it. I guess I was mostly trying to inspire some discussion among us about "what the fuck!?" and I succeed in at least that much. We have been working on planning some shit to do together before he leaves europe for the corporate-capitalist world of LA at the end of the summer. Before that though, he is spending a month walking from the border of France and Spain to Santiago on the western coast of Spain. It's a pilgrimmage. I definitely thought about joining him, because hell it would be sweet. an adventure for sure. something to tell your grandkids. but thinking about walking 5-6 hours with a heavy pack everyday for a month.....well, I just hope it isn't hell for him. I guess if his faith is giving him motivation to do it, after a couple weeks of the pilgrimmage, he will at least be putting his faith to the test.
Things are getting nicer here. We're planning on going to Sardegna in a couple of weeks (Maria and me). I am also in the process of looking for jobs/rugby teams in Spain for next year. Crazy, no? We'll see. what will happen. hope to keep in better contact with this journal. I like it.
