should i go for the job that is closer and pays more, but is kinda boring
or
should i go to the one that is farther away, not as much money, but benefits and tuition reinbursements (possibly)and a bonuses

How long do you plan on being at the job, and is the money just to pay bills or are you trying to save up for something? Which job would you enjoy more? Benefits alone are a good trade for less take-home pay in my book, private healthcare is really expensive. I'm speaking as a parent though, I'm pretty sure I didn't care about that stuff when I was only responsible for myself.

Most importantly though, which workplace has the more attractive employees?
