(no subject)
This whole thing is weird. My entire team is updating CVs, sharing descriptions and giving tips, handing round potential job adverts to each other. My boss has told me I really should start looking and has offered to read over my CV for me. People are saying "I'll be out this afternoon cos I'm going for an interview" and no one bats an eyelid. If I stick to the power sector I will inevitably bump in to colleagues at interviews.
On the plus side, at least I *can* get out to interviews easily and I have lots of support here. No sneakiness for us. The guy who I thought was interviewing elicitly cos he kept having random time off, turns out his wife's pregnant :oD
It's Friday.... weeeeee!
I am very much looking forward to tidying my house this weekend. Wondering what to do with all the random stuff I seem to have collected over the years. I have 5 coats in my hall cupboard which don't belong to me or Zoe, two pairs of boots, a posh umbrella... charity shop? Maybe I should post all their pictures on facebook and see if anyone claims them. Except then I'd have to send them out.... thoughts anyone?
Five and a half hours to home time. Where shall I go for lunch today...?
