Like my new icon?
Hey hey hey... i'm watching Sweet Sixteen... god, how crazy are those parents... but thats neither here nor there... Had a great weekend! Went to Orlando and had a blast! We went to Universal and Sea World. It was so much fun! But i definately have to say that i was exhausted when it was all said and done... I seem to be exhausted all the time tho.. I need to invest in some caffeine throughout the day! Nothing really new to report tho.. Robbie has started to move in.. my place went from looking like a comfortable shabby chic place, to a bachleor pad :) It's all good in the hood tho.. we just need to get everything organized! I saw Steph and Mike this weekend... It was a short visit but a visit nonetheless :) I'm looking forward to next weekend already and the week just started.. I can't wait to sleep in and just do whatever for a day... It really helps me out when I can do that.. I need the time to recharge..
Work is fun though and I definately find it rewarding. One of the kids came up to me today and hugged my leg and said "I love you Ms. Nicole" .. It was sweet :) The kids are really sweet, pains at times but sweet most of the time. The twins and I are friends now tho so that means for less bites and more hugs which is a definate plus!
Oh I almost forgot! Today the nicest thing happened to me.. It even made me cry a little. I was in Publix and I was going to buy Robbie a sub, but I forgot that my card was in the car. So I let the woman behind me go in front of me and then I ran to my car to get my card. The woman I let cut in front of me paid for my sub and lemonade while i was out getting my card and she left before I got back to even say thank you... I was so shocked.. it really made my night. People aren't typically that nice you know? So Kudos for that woman... It makes me want to go out and do something nice to someone else, Pay it Forward :)
Tomorrow is a same old kind of day. Work and then home for more kinds of chores. Tomorrow I'm helping robbie pack up some stuff.. I'm hoping that we'll have time to take care of my room. it's still a mess (sorry II)... I really can't wait to get some stamina and actually be able to go out from time to time without being a "party pooper".. I'm slowly realizing that my party days are over.... :( It's sad.....
