I have spent all morning lazing around browsing through icon communities instead of writing my CBT paper. Found some really fantastic icons, but srsly. I don't have time for this kind of lazy-ass procrastination. Or, if I'm going to procrastinate, why can't I do it while recording podfic?
Unrelated: I accidentally woke my cat out of what may have been a kitty-nightmare. He was curled up in a little grey ball, twitching and making soft little growly noises, and when I touched his tummy he practically jumped out of his skin. His head shot up, he uncurled and dug his claws into the couch, and he hissed at me. Poor little guy looked so confused.
Okay, CBT. I'm coming. Stupid medical model psychotherapy. SO BORING.
