This online statistics class is eating my life.
I keep a little journal, in which I write about books & fics I'm reading, podfics I'm listening to, movies and memorable television I've seen, and new or interesting music I'm listening to. From January through June, my journal is packed. An entry every day, almost. Since the second week in June, though...once a week, if I'm lucky. So depressing.
Last week I took a day off of studying to do some recording. It put me almost too far behind with my homework, but it was worth it. I finished recording the first part of the novel-length three part fic that I started recording back in May. Now I'm into the editing - a couple of hours worth on Tuesday, and about 15 minutes a day since then. I also have two shorter fics lined up to record, which I'm super excited about. They're very different from each other, and I think they'll both be a lot of fun to work on.
Completing my statistics class will allow me to attend my classes this fall. Recording podfic will allow me to stay sane while the rest of my brain is occupied with binomials and z tables and a few dozen different formulas studded with greek letters, all of which I'll never have to use again after the last week of July.
Sigh.
Also, my boss is holding interviews for my replacement on Friday. This thing is becoming more and more official all the time.
