First funeral: My great aunt's when I was 15 or so. I cried in the bathroom. She was really really neat.
First piercing/tattoo: I got my ears pierced when I was in 3rd grade because I thought that would make people stop asking if I were a boy or a girl. I had to take them out to play softball, though, and they grew back in, necessitating repiercings a few years later. They've grown in again. I don't have a good relationship with piercing.
