Messed about
I was supposed to be in for two external exams today. Basically they're newswriting exams set by the external board, marked by them and accredited by them. If you pass, it goes on your CV, meaning you don't need to have training, so you can get more money as a result and potentially a better job. Anyway, I was meant to be in 10:30 til 11:30, then 2 until 3:30. So I go in early for the first and what do I find? The former course leader, now known for making major cock-ups, has rescheduled everything at the very last minute. No email to us, just a notice on the door of the newsroom. I am now in at 2:15 til 3:15ish, at least I think its the hour paper, probably nearer half three(?) as I have to print after. Then tomorrow half eight til 10am(?)!! Talk about a lack of organisation!
