Yeah,I got that on various occasions too.. "But only girls speak about that sort of thing so you must be gay or something"
I also get them giving me some odd logic that a lot the actresses I like are "too old for me" whatever the hell that means.
And I always get the idea [from people] that I'm doing something odd by liking them as characters and believing that there are things beyond their looks that make them intriguing, like because they're not "real" I shouldn't like them for non-physical qualities that they represent.
So yeah,considering the flack I get for liking relationship scenes in shows,and posting fairly detailed character critiques, I'm definitely not letting anyone from rl know that I read Fan Fic, especially that I like fluffy/sappy fic the most.Definitely not a "macho" thing at all so I would never be allowed to live it down if that got out.
