Well, its been a couple months since I've updated this journal. For those of you that dont know, I've joined the Air National Guard with Jared. We leave for basic training in mid-February. We'll be in Texas this spring and through the summer. I've been back home now from Wastern for about a week and a half now.
I hung out with Chris earlier this week. We watched Pulp Fiction and played X-Men Legends. Its a pretty cool game. I recommend you play it with a friend.
I had to go back to work Friday night at the Beach Bar. It was fun, we were slow and everyone was night, including Hilary, which was a surprise. The Pistons blew out the Bulls by 28 points. Western hockey tied Northern Michigan 0-0.
Geoff and Chris came over Saturday night. We had a little party of our own. Beverages and Halo 2 all night. Lots of good times! The Pistons got another victory against the Bobcats of Charlotte to push their league best record to 18-3. Michigan Basketball lost to UCLA, virtually crushing their Top-25 hopes. The way they played, they dont deserve to even get a single vote.
I worked again yesterday. I sat around for 4 hours and then the last half an hour, I got hammered with the pans from the Customer Appreciation Party. That sucked ass. Of course, the Lions lost to the Bengals. Who didnt see that coming though. Pathetic! Fire Millen! I saw this sweet banner some fans were carrying in the paper. It said, " There are a MILLEN reasons the Lions cant win: 20-57." I thought it was great.
Christmas is in 6 days. cant wait for that. I have a Beach Bar Christmas Party to go to tonight. It should be pretty fun, then I plan on going to another party afterward for some drinking fun. Pistons play Memphis tonight. Detroit Basketball! Well, thats about all thats going on lately.
