Does anyone remember the sketch comedy show where a girl named Penelope Taynt often discusses her raging love for obsession with Amanda Bynes?

Well, this week we're discussing that as well as any and all lesbian subtext that happens to show up in The Amanda Show.

Oh man, I loved this show, and the Penelope/Amanda thing always cracked me up! I don't think a live-action show has ever gotten more blatant than this one did, either.

I want to write the fics for this, but then I can't think of anything!!! Suggestions? :)

Anyhoo, I adored this show when I was little and Penelope/Amanda was almost my first ship, but then I noticed that they were both technically Amanda Bynes and felt bad for wanting to ship it.

I would love to read first date fic, just because Penelope would be so overzealous that she wouldn't know what to do with herself. I would think that Amanda doesn't catch on that Penelope considers it a date until way later, though.

Now I kind of really want to write it, too. Sigh! And I somehow don't mind at all that Amanda plays both characters. xD

I don't mind now, but back then I was so proud of myself for noticing, and then I noticed the femslashyness but my mum told me that it was impossible :(

Aww... :( I don't really remember any of these episodes. :( Were they just played by the same person or was Amanda from the show also Penelope?

Does anybody know where I can watch all the episodes? I tried looking for them on YouTube, but couldn't really find one.
