Hello my lovelies! I got a personal virus for Pearl approved a couple of days ago which I'll be affecting her by in the next few days or so, but before that happens I wanted to get your input on it. Because basically, I'm flash-forwarding Pearl to her early 20s for a few days - so for as long as she's affected, she'll be roughly 12 years ahead of

I've tentatively decided that Dr. Minazuki is a pediatrician. She's pretty successful as far as 27-year-old doctors go. I'd imagine her relationship with Pearl hasn't really changed all that much.

I really don't see her secret identity holding up on the comm for anywhere near 12 years, so Pearl would be not only aware that Karen is Cure Aqua, but used to the idea by now (although in Karen's own world it would still be a secret). Assuming nothing tragic happens to Toei's sales figures, there will almost certainly be lots of Pretty Cures by then... let's say Karen is aware of a total of 22, counting the existing eleven from canon, plus Shiny Luminous and Milky Rose.

In other poorly-kept-secret news, I'd think everyone would know about Karen and Minako by then too. They are naturally the objects of everyone's fantasies. With Hermy on break, it's probably best to just avoid the subject of Minako's secret identity and whether it's held up any better than Karen's.
