booo im still sick. the weird cough has turned devil on me and into a full out cold from hell.
my head is heavy, my sinuses are stuffed, my voice is low and scratchy, and my tea is too hot but not steamy enough...
i finished the 4th story, The Laughing Man, in Nine Stories. it was pretty cool. so far none of them beat the first story, A Perect Day For Bananafish. christ that ending was good.
i need to give blood again so i can get a new "BE NICE TO ME" sticker. the current one is half peeled off my laptop with brownish tint from the dirt off my hand.
my essay about how a war involving murder is never justified came back to me the other day. i had a very strong feeling i failed it. i didn't really follow classic rhetoric at all. it was more or less my thoughts spilled onto paper. the original topic was going to be about legalizing drugs, but i figured that is to played out. after listening to Gun In Your hand by RX Bandits i decided to switch an hour before class. all forms of an outlines were tossed aside and i went in all gung-ho and drilled that essay with every point and belief my head could conjure up at the moment. i only had pen so thankfully my head arranged all thoughts accordingly.
i got a B
:D
this nasal and bronchial aid tea is terrible.
eh i woke up at 4:30 today. it seems the day is dragging on. probably because theres nothing to do at home. my roomate, Brian, brought his girlfriend, Kristen, up for the weekend. not that i left for that reason, but because i wanted some rest; i wanted some classic, genuine peace and quiet.
every week is the same thing. upon waking up Monday at the ungodly hour of 7:30am, then 4 hours of sleep cause me to believe the week is just going to draaaaggggg ooooonnnnnnn. the around mid to late evening Thursday i think how fast everything went by. i've been going through this weekly routine for years now; it began about the same time i learned how much it can suck to wake up and get out of bed.
well the extra sugary tea in the bottom of the mug wasn't so bad.
