Slightly shaken

Over the past week, I really haven't had the motivation to do much of anything, let allone open Sound Forge and Edit Convention recordings. Though I must say, I watched a random episode of Merlin, which would make solyndra prowd of me. It's certainly something I'll keep an eye on. The Saturday lineup at HKC Radio is back fully, for the first time in many months, all four shows aired this saturday.

I must admit, a couple of nights ago, I had a really dumb dream I thought I'd share with you all. I rarely dream, but I finally did, and oh dear, it's one I remember.

So for some reason or other, I had chosen to go away to college near Orlando, but was taking advantage of a good fair to fly back to Long Island for a weekend. Unfortunately, I must've screwed up a reservation or something, because the flight was not all that long after my last class on a Thursday, and the professor kept me and my buddy back. I don't know who said buddy was based upon...

Anyway, when we finally made it to Orlando International Airport, I realised...Uh oh, I left my wallet in the dorm, so they couldn't match my ticket with who I am. So they sat me down at what looked like the security desk, only it...moved? I've never seen this before. They wouldn't tell me where they were taking me, but I guess the ride must've done something, because they realised that I was who I claimed to be, suddenly. but by the time they'd done that, I'd missed my flight, which pissed me off for more reasons than the obvious. Here's the dumb part.

What was playing over Orlando's PA speaker? Why, Amanda Palmer playing a Ukulele...on board the very plane I was supposed to get on.

My Subconscious has some issues, I think...
