(no subject)
woa...just got back from my beach house and had a great week down there...ill take it day by day..
Saturday--was feeling really crappy going into it but Bill came down 2 the house and we went 2 the beach and played sum football, then we rode our bikes down 2 the docks and bought 2 lobsters, we almost bought the 6 pounder but we decided 2 get 2 2 pound lobsters. Cooking them was another adventure, mine water boiled first so I put my lobster in, it tried 2 escape but i beat it down into the pot w/ a spoon, Bills water on the otherhand wouldnt boil and like my lobster was done cooking b4 he even got his in the water. SAo bill was stuck there holding a lobster for 20 minutes. Then after dinner me, bill, ryan, pat, and jeff went over 2 cumberland farms and got sum snacks b4 we played cards. I got a giant slushie and so did everone else cept for ryan who got these honeybun things that had like 45% of your daily fat in one of them and he ate 2. we went back 2 ryans house and played sum texas hold'em but we soon moved on 2 indian poker which is and extremely fun game (its where everyone gets dealt one card and they have 2 put it on their haeds so everyone can see it except for them, then u bet based on other peoples cards)
Sunday--we went 2 the allen's house on west island in fairhaven, mass. It took a while 2 get there but after about 5 episodes of the simpsons we made it but not in time for doughboys :(. when we got there there was already a game of volleyball goin on so we joined it, me, emily, lisa and bill def carried the kids 2 victory once outaa like the 5 games we played. We went down to the rocks after and were playing w/ the little crabs that lived down there. Then everyone decided 2 go for a swim but me and bill were 2 busy eating pizza 2 go in. Played sum bocci, then went inside 2 play sum hi-lo jack cutthroat style. The first game I was a little bit rusty and i was a little bit preoccupied w/ kaylee kicking me ("I didn't know they put crack in gerber") so i only got like 4 points but the second game was a whole different story, I started off slow once again then I picked it up and won the second game. Then we took a walk down 2 the town beach (Smurf!) and looked over the bay @ falmouth and the bourne bridge ,walked back and had dinner. We went back out onto the rocks after and tried 2 make a chain of crabs, well a few clawless crabs and 2 mating crabs later it didnt work. Then we watched the sunset from "man" rock. After that we were talking out there for a little bit then it was time 2 go. Later that night I started 2 text w/ em and now were goin out :)
Monday---woke up and headed over 2 the coletti's cabana. Bill actually came in the water there and "tried" 2 ride sum waves. It was soo funny like we would both go for the same wave and jump at the exact same time but he would just float over it and i would take it all the way into shore. We went back onto the beach and I fell asleep "what a surprise". Woke up and played catch w/ a football w/ Bill. WE ended up stopping tho casue bill almost hit a 2 year old in the head and he threw it up on the deck. Went back 2 the cabana, had dinner, and played sum hi-lo jack again. Then it was time 2 bring bill 2 the warwick mall 2 drop him off. Went back 2 the beach house, layed out on the deck casue it was a perfect night and talked 2 em for a while.
Tuesday--Went 2 Lake Compounce, this awesome amusement park in Connecticut. I went on all the rides and tried sum deep-fried oreos which are awesome. AS we were walking out of the park my sister wanteda spongebob toy so we played wack-a-mole w/ like 5 other people. I won the first time and won a small patrick, I won again and won a giant patrick. Then i won a 3rd time and won eliza a spongebob. Went home tlaked 2 em summore then went 2 bed.
Wednesday-- Went 2 newport, but we stopped on the way for lunch @ the coast guard house in Narragansett. We looked in sum stores for a while and then went down 2 brenton point 2 look for hermit crabs. Then I had baseball wehre we won our game 8-5, I went 2-3 w/ 3 rbi. Went home and em called so we talked for a while and there was like a meteor shower that night so there were tons of shooting stars. Her and mikey remembered the little poem u say when u see one but i coudnt remember it so i made one up
Thursday--Actually i cant remember what I did on thursday, i think it rained so we just stayed home all day.
Friday--Went 2 the beach all day, then I had baseball @ night where a kid pitched a no-hitter against us, he wasnt thaty godd its just that they made every single play. Like i hit a hard liner up the middle, the short-stop like dove and caught it. Then again I got robbed cept this time by the 1st baseman. I was extremely tired but i managed 2 talk 2 em when I got home w/o collapsing.
Saturday--Went 2 the beach all day again and there was huge surf on account of the tropical storm. Got back 2 the beach house and went 2 church where em called me so I went outside and called her back. Got sum chowder from Georges for dinner then watched the surfers down @ point judith.
Sunday--Packed, went out 2 breakfast, played sum tennis then went home,not really much excitement.
