(no subject)
I don't think I have ever been more busy in my life...and at the same time I don't think I have ever enjoyed being this busy. I'm at work or in class most of the time, progress is being made at the venue, I 'm paying bills left and right, I'm pretty much completely broke, and I'm in a good mood about it all.
This morning I got up and went to the venue to do some work. I got the floor in one room ripped up and the base boards pulled. We're almost ready to knock out a wall or two. This is quite a load to take on for us, especially since we are all relatively young. I think it'll work though. Maybe not amazingly well or anything but I think after a few months it will at least start paying for itself. If anyone out there knows any bands that are looking for a place to play or anything tell them to get in touch with me. Or if anyone is looking for a cheap place to rent for parties or something.
I'm meeting with my adviser today. I'm prepared for it and it's the first time. Seeing my adviser during the semester will be a new experience for me. I'm use to seeing him about a week before classes begin. I'm also hanging out with my sister today. I'm actually really looking forward to it. Not that I don't like my sister or anything. Don't get the wrong idea.
I've noticed that my entries are written weird. I don't care about grammar or any of that jazz most of the time and I write them just like I speak...most of the time at least. There is no point to this at all. I'm just wasting some time before my meeting.
I think it's the Christmas season approaching.
