The holidays have come and gone, and 2011 is here. Hard to believe we're already nine days in, it feels like it was still Christmas just a few days ago.
This marks my path to a third year here in Desai. All the closer to what I'm looking for, and yet not close at all. I believe I might take leave to home for a week or so. It gets tiring running there for a day, coming back here for two, then returning there for another solitary day.
Now, if only I wasn't worried that Italy and Prussia would decimate my kitchen in the meantime.
