Whoo boy
Thursdays suck. I hate them. The only good news is that thursday is done and that brings easy easy free friday.
I had to get up at 7.30 am and go to the densist. About all they did was take my $5, scrape at my teeth, tell me I have no cavities and that I should be brusing 2-3 times a day, and flossing at least once a day. WTF is this. I swear that five years ago they said you should floss once a week, and brush twice a day. Damn nazi denisits. At least I got a free toothbrush.
Than I came home, slept a little more and didn't do much the rest of the day. I tried to boot up my $90 rocket altimeter and it didn't work. I was pissed and thinking about getting another one and having it next day air'ed, for a total cost of ~$200. A few hours later I realized that it had a power switch that is in the off configuration. Doh! Powered it up with that "on", and it worked. Got to do a little testing and should be good to fly.
I'm gonna go to the brothers experimental launch this weekend. Going to fly a 5 grain, 54mm L Alumnaflame motor in my L2 rocket. Haven't flown that sence I got my L2, which was over a year ago. Should be good times.
Today at work was a flaming hell hole. We had 29 cans, with most being close to full. People were f*ing dragging their feet, and unloaders were super slow. I can't belive they made this one "butch" girl a unloader. She is so ridicliously slow, and won't even touch a over 70 lb package. In fact, she stop unloading, go find someone to help and then continue to unload the can. Why she can't just push it to the side or something.
There was a bunch of free food in the break room, all kinds or Oreos, cookies and crackers. I don't know who brought them, or if they were from rejected packages or what. At least I got to listen to excellent loveline on the way home. By the way, stupid ODOT shut down 2 out of 4 lanes on the hill part of 26, and it took like 20 minutes to travesre a normally 30 second hill. Freaking stupid.
