I have a really bad tooth ache and no dental insurance or money. Fuck this sucks so much. I don't even know what tooth it is. It seems like the whole left side hurts. I can't see any cavities so I really don't know which one it is. Fuck I hate this!!!!!!!

Like someone said before here - dental schools might have you and you have to pay a lot less than to the dentist.
If it is hurting really bad at the moment there might be an infection (like you say you can not even say what tooth is causing pain). You can try to get rid of that by gargling with alcohol. Just don`t drink it - spit it out (bet you knew that part anyway). It might hurt but gargle at least for a few minutes. You should do that as often as possible.
Then cook a big can of camomiletea. Gargle with that too but not right after you gargled with alcohol (Wodka is best - well that worked for me).
It is the combination of desinfication with alcohol and after that using the camomiletea the healing that might help.
Just a suggestion but maybe things already got better? I hope so and wish you best for that.

I was scared to see my dentist because I am a coward like this. When I finally went I told him I had no money really and he should check if he could do just a little bit and things that would not cost me. It turned out it was all not that bad really. Maybe you go and have the doctor make a plan what has to be done and how much it would cost.

I hope the gargling thing - if you want to give it a try - works out for now.

Thank you for your kind advice. I found out what tooth it is. I lost a filling and that's why it hurts. I put some temporary filling stuff in it and I plan on going to the dentist this week.
