i did quite enjoy him being tied up.....i won't lie. the thoughts going thru my head....were of the VERY naughty variety. SOMEONE QUICK...FIC SOMETHING WHERE ARTHUR FINDS MERLIN THERE TIED UP AND HAS HIS WAY WITH HIM!! PLEASE!
altho i have to say, i'm a little peeved that Merlin didn't just magic the bonds off himself while Flopgana wasn't watching and manage to knock her out and leave. seriously...wtf writers!!
i LOVED the touching moment Merlin and Arthur had before he got captured, when he was hurt. that was so fucking adorable omg! and Arthur screaming out Merlin's name!! omg!! idk i can't buy the fact that Arthur just LEFT him there. that doesn't seem very in character imo. but him sending all of those search parties was fucking adorable! "YOU MUST FIND HIM!!"
and then there was George....the OTHER manservant...and Arthur's all "who the fuck are you? i don't need another 'manservant' i already HAVE a manservant and he is amazing...I WILL GO FIND HIM NOW TYVM!"
and why is it ALWAYS some sort of bug or reptile!?!? WTF!! WHY!!! THAT WAS UNNECESSARY!! AND GROSS!!!!

AND ALSO CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE FACT THAT HE WAS COMFORTABLE AS FUCK WALKING AROUND NAKED INFRONT OF MERLIN BUT THE MINUTE HE SAW GWEN HE FREAKED OUT AND COVERED HIMSELF UP?? WE ALL NOTICED THIS, RIGHT!?
i think Colin did quite well with this episode. even his voice was different when he was Bad!Merlin...which i kind of enjoyed ngl. and also...was i the only one who thought his Irish accent was a bit noticeable during "the torture" scene?? or was that just me? maybe it was just wishful thinking....
anyway......idk i think those are all of my thoughts. they're a jumbled mess right now.
