hello im just updating everyone on my life, ive gotten back into church ive quit smoking pot and drinking booze. i dont care what anyone thinks about this unless its somthing nice to say. Ive done this all on my own without the help of anyone. The last 5 years of my life have been on the wrong track, ive been really trying to feel something from

a way to quit smoking.

so i have this really stupid but really good idea to quit smoking ciggs. im going to try it after i finish this pack. 1. cat straws to the size of a cigg. 2. when you want a cigg pull the straw out of a box and breath air through it, so your still getting the oral fixation of smoking but without the smoke. Lets try it out!
