Okay, I lied...
I think I will continue to keep writing in here, after all. I thought about all the time I have given to this journal and I just felt compelled to continue on.
It's refreshing to know that there are actually people in this world that do see and understand your point of view. Not that I am always right, by any means. I thought perhaps I was too far-fetched in some of my complaints about IWU a few weeks ago, and recent comments by readers show that I am not just some weirdo with crazy notions. I mean, I am a weirdo...can't deny that one. But it is nice knowing that someone besides myself has noticed some of the annoying things that often don't get mentioned.
Finals. They're a'coming. I cannot wait to be liberated in 8 days. This semester hasn't been too terrible. But I am looking forward to next spring.
We put our Christmas tree up this past weekend. Man, I love good old-fashioned real Christmas trees. I keep waiting for the Yankee Candle Company to make a Christmas tree scented candle, but no such luck as of my last trip to Cracker Barrel. But I guess smelling it more than just a few weeks out of the year might take away some of its charm. Yum...Cracker Barrel! As much as I love my Pop-Tarts in the morning, I wouldn't pass up an Old Timer's Breakfast, that's for sure.
