I know you're expecting it to happen but contrary to our copycat pattern, I have not bought a house in the past month, and I will not be purchasing in house in the coming month! (says the guy going to England and Italy this summer... at least I waited two years before copying that)
Try not to grow up too quickly - being old is entirely overrated - and that's saying something!
