Medical Info: HAAARDDCOREE. Ragna is a healthy young man, blood type B, measurements-- are a himitsu. ;) Aside from that, Ragna could very well possibly be [ part-vampire / a Dhampir ] , due to the fact he got [ bitten by Rachel in one timeline. He doesn't require blood, though. ]
Eyes: Christmas lights; aka. red and green.
Hair: White.
Physical traits: Ragna carries around a HELLA BIG Cloud Strife sword. He's got heterochromia! He's also got the "Azure Grimoire" as an arm, which is pretty much a condensed mass of seithr. As a result, his right arm is completely black down from the shoulder, and looks pretty funky. He's usually got it covered by his sleeve + black gloves, though, so characters need not notice unless the issue arises.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Absolutely anything! Feel free to fourth-wall him, if you like. He'll just look at you like you're crazy.

Ragna has got a very big sword (it can also... turn into a scythe...) that will probably hurt if it smacks you in the face. That being said, Ragna's one of the strongest characters in the Blazblue universe... and pretty much your standard physical fighter, composed of mainly just... fighting head-on. His Azure Grimoire grants him a couple of nifty powerups.
Soul Eater, in particular, is a passive ability unique to Ragna. Basically, during some moves (the stronger moves in-game, BASICALLY they are more than just sword swings, and are indicated by a ~swoosh~ of darkness) Ragna can take his opponent's health and transfer it to his own.
Blood Kain is his powered-up state. It pretty much gives him a big buff while slowly taking away his health. When activated, though, all his attacks drain his opponent's life! So it's kind of an even trade, so long as he's actually hitting something and not just running around. (feel free to do that, though, he'll just keel over of exhaustion later). This doesn't last very long, unless he activates the Azure Grimoire/Blazblue... For the latter case, Blood Kain lasts until he keels over.
Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: For those uh, spiritually sensitive... you may notice that Something Is Not Right about Ragna's arm. [ He is essentially the "body" of the catastrophe 100 years ago in the Blazblue world, which was pretty much a big black beast made of darkness (seithr). It's very possible he can revert to this form should his Azure Grimoire go out of control, like illustrated in his bad ending. ] For the psychics, Ragna's probably thinking about angry things, how much this ghostbusting job sucks, and what he should make for dinner. Subconsciously, he's probably got some thoughts of [ his little brother and sister, Jin and Saya. There could be the occasional dreaming about that one time his home got burnt down and his arm chopped off. ]
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Yes to all, but please contact me if you want to do the first two. He'll scream a lot.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: Yesss. Ragna will probably have no clue what's going on and react awkwardly/angrily, but that is the fun of it.
Maim/Murder/Death: RAGNA WAS MADE TO DIE. Feel free to beat him up, but please contact me beforehand for death. Jin might be angry you stole his kill, though. :(
Cooking: Ragna is an amazing cook, with a heart for meat dishes. His hobby is cooking, damnit!!
