(no subject)
I have decided that I suck at academia. I've had weeks to get these assignments done, and even took Thursday and Friday off as time in lieu to work on them. So how much have I produced in all that time? One ropey project programme and 57 words of actual content. So only another 5943 or so by Tuesday evening, but I'm having such a hard time settling myself down to actually do any of it. I just can't concentrate, I'm restless, I have no motivation, and the only thing I want to actually do this afternoon is plonk myself down in front of the TV and watch the Liverpool match - which will happen no matter how productive I am and whether I write 2, 200 or 2000 words in the next hour (I know which my money's on).
