We're buying a condo!
Stephan and I are getting a condo together in Northgate! We put down our offer and it was accepted.
Ed, we are going to be very close to you - like across the street!
The inspection went beautifully. (The inspector said he could count in his career on one hand the number of inspections that were this issue-free!)
Right now we are reviewing the documents, condo rules, financial statements, etc. Now we just need the loan to be approved which shouldn't be a problem since we were pre-approved.
I am really excited about the idea of us having our own place! Especially in time for the holiday season. (Though I will totally miss our roommates now who are very nice.)
Also, I think it will help me with good health choices to have my own kitchen and be in a nice walking neighborhood with interesting places to walk (grocery store, parks, shops). So, that's a really important thing too.
We should close on 10/31, and be able to move in 11/1.
