Easter Holiday in Ticino

This Easter we took the train through the Gotthard tunnel into Ticino, the italian speaking part of Switzerland. The Hotel Campagnola. The hotel was nice, we had a lovely family flat leading out onto the gardens. We had hoped that it would be warm enough to swim outside in the open air pool - but sadly, no. The weather was sunny and the views were tremendous. We played mini golf, visited the donkeys, played in the garden, and caught up with reading and sleeping. The whole family took a siesta each afternoon!

Oh, and of course there was an easter egg hunt for the boys - the easter bunny made it across the mountains to ticino as well!
