2024, my year of ...

- living, learning and reading dangerously
- blogging daily
- big scary change
- loving my future self so that I stop drinking, get more sleep, run again, eat better
- losing weight, putting it down and stepping away (physical and metaphorical weight)

I am the heaviest i have ever been (105.6kg, waist is 122 cm)
I am dealing with the most stress
I am in a period of great transition, professionally, personally, and in my family
I need to find space and time for myself

So I taking 2024 by the scruff of it's neck and I commit to do 3 things daily
1. blog - even if it's a one liner, or a link to a blog i've caught up on)
2. don't drink - i'll start with Dry January and take it from there. I know that when I don't drink everything else improves - I get more sleep, I read more, I pay more care to my health and beauty, i eat better
3. prioritize sleep - lights off by 11pm, hide my phone so I don't doom scroll, use CALM app, eye masks etc

and I think over time i will then focus on the eating / tracking food choices, and getting more exercise
