I am now watching Napoleon Dynamite.
The only thing that would make this night better would be if I was typing this while completely blotto'd on Martini & Rossi.
PS-I found some nacho flavoured soy cheese, and while it makes my fingers smell like I washed them in someone's vomit, I am quite excited to be able to make nachos (I got soy cream cheese, too! And soy mayonnaise!) Yay!
