Alright well i wanna make this fast because i have homework to do.
I just called mcdonalds and i need to work out my schedule for the week tomorrow. Its ridiculous. He should have just called me yesterday like he said he would.
I spent a good portion of today dedicated to college. I filled out the majority of the common application. I just need help filling out the counselor part and exactly what day im graduating; i filled out everything else that i could, including the short response which i wrote in like 2 seconds but whatever lol. Im probably going to guidance on monday for help. Aside from that, I need to write the essay and then im done with that. Yay!
I signed up for BUs campus tour on the 27th (1st saturday available) I know its on the day of our first competition, so im gonna be late but im not gonna miss it cuz its in the morning. Im hoping they have room though, they said theyd get back to me in 3 days. Aside from the tour, i also signed up for the information session after the tour. I hope it all works out.
I also signed up for a tour with Northeastern on November 8th. Its the saturday after finals so im fine with that. I tried signing up one for amherst but you dont need one, you just like show up.... or thats what i understood from their website. its weird. I'm probably gonna need to find out more info about that.
And jamie, if you read this, or anyone else that would know, does salem state offer like premed? It would be very much appreciated if someone would let me know. Thanks in advance!
I did better than i thought on my tests so far. Surprisingly, im doing better in english than in spanish, which i did NOT expect. I got a 75 on my spanish quiz. The sad part is that it was the highest grade of the class. Only 2 of us passed out of like 12....yea, that wasnt easy. But i also BSed another spanish test and pulled off a 93 even though i didnt know anything; i should be fine.
I got an A on my dialectial journals which i was surprised after getting the B- on the poetry thing cuz i thought i did better on that than on my entries. Then i got a check+ on the passage, only thanks to Obrien though! lol. And then i got a 96 on the foster test...i was like what?!? its gonna be hard to maintain that going in that class but im gonna try...
talking to ms tringali about college helped a lot. Like its things that ive heard before but its just overwhelming and hearing what she has to say just really helps. I love talking to teachers that i respect about my problems, it really makes me feel A LOT better lol.
i take piano lab!! im so happy and proud of myself, im on the third book and was able to play when the saints go marching in with both left hand and right hand melody while playing chords on the other hand. i know that doesnt seem impressive but i was pretty impressed with myself lol.
