this is the sound of settling..
So we're here.. been here for about a week and we're finally all settled in. well, as settled as we can get before we move to our "basement apartment". I feel like one of those children that can never leave home because their parents make it too good to ever leave. haha. Oh well, I did leave home, I just came back. :) I've been spending most of my time sitting by the pool, unpacking, and throwing clutter away. I have a nice tan and I'm still working on it to make it FIERCE. [heh] The kittens love their new home while Sam is still trying to adjust. [he has a hatred for dogs of any size/shape]
Next week begins my "getting my shit together" week. I have to find a job, get a permit [no, I don't have my drivers license, yes, I still have to have my permit for 3 months before I get my license] and join a gym. No time to rest because the resting will lead to slacking and that's a no-no. ;)
Today and tomorrow, Rob and I have to make our way through the basement to throw shit away.. this shall be fun. I'm sick of packing, unpacking, throwing stuff away, taking stuff apart.. ew! I jsut want to relax dammitt..... lol.
Off to get my tan on, Rob's out and as soon as he returns it's clean-o-mania. Hope all is well.
