I'm rather torn on the issue of Alexander moving to Australia. I'm grateful anytime I get to return home and do work there, but at the same time, traveling is one of my favorite things to do and I was looking so forward to filming in Morocco. Oh well, looking on the bright side of things is usually the best way to go, and it will be wonderful to work in Australia again.

And I do love London. Everytime I'm here, I love it all the more. This time, I'm only here for a short time, a few days, and I had the pleasure of attending Steven Morrissey's birthday party. Even better, I got to drag along the charming Brad Pitt, who agreed to spend some quality time with me in London and be my date for the bash. The party itself was wonderful, though there was bit more drug use than I'm used to being around.
It seems I was running into Ewan quite a bit as well. First at Cannes, and then, there was at Steven's! It was good to be reunited with my handsome writer again, even under possibly not the best circumstances.

Brad has been some of the best company I've had in a long time. I want to be the one cheering him up, but I find him making me smile and laugh more. It seems like when we're out together, or just hanging out at the hotel, everything is more at ease, and I like that feeling. We can have fun without expecting too much out of each other, or thinking there is something we should be saying or doing. I'll be sad when we part ways, but it's an exciting reminder that I'll actually be getting to work with him come September.

This little holiday before more filming is too nice. I shouldn't take these too often or I'll start to get to like them too much. ;-)
